Please capture a debug log (step 4b) of opening the node and attach the log to a Support Ticket if you think there is an issue: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643 Include some Albums you think shouldn't show.

They may need your database file too for analysis.

A lot of the albums have the art in the file system, not embedded.

This is with version 3222

It should show Albums where Artwork doesn't match for all tracks on the Album.

Are you saying you're working with externally linked Artwork, also which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

How does 'Inconsistent Artwork' node work?

When I look at the listing, I see albums listed that have the same artwork!

The only thing I can think of is that they are split across two or more folders. Everything else is same: title, artist, one cover art
