I think this issue has a lot to do with the caching of artwork, which nobody seems to understand or be able to explain how it works and what to do when it doesnt. Deleting all the cached artwork is one possible solution when it fails. I dont know why but the appdata folder has one cache called ...

My problem was fixed in recent beta builds, though. Try the latest 2024 0 0 3081 it is totally stable.

I keep wondering why there is not more demand for this essential feature. You should be able to select all of the requisite files, open properties, enter the info once, save and close.

This was typical for me for the last couple of days. The list was loading 1500 out of my 14k total library. Changing this to "all files" makes no noticeable difference. I am finding the latest RC 3081 (non-debug) is very slow to start for me.

Takes about 8-10 seconds for the main screen to display, and then a few more second for the monitoring to complete.

For me on Vancouver Island, BC since yesterday this forum only has been very slow to load (like several seconds) and to move from one screen to the next. Other forums and websites are working fine.

This does work for me in MM2024. I can right click a folder, selct play in mmm, and it appears to play in the current sort order.
Now to find the right settings to make it work for you.

Under options, general, OS integration, do you have checkmark next to "show context menu actions..."
