This started happening to me too. I get no more options in yellow to autotag even with a 100% success rating. Did you ever switch to alternatives mentioned below? Has everyone just abandoned MIPT altogether? This used to work so well for me.

After upgrading from MM3 to MM4 two weeks ago.
After attempting to "install" it like I did in MM3. The Ctrl-Alt-X function did not work, nor did tools/scripts/extract fields show up.
