The Play Now Action setting controls what is added on double click under Tools > Options > Playback Rules. It is set per Type.

Make sure all files have the same Album Artist value in MediaMonkey so MediaMonkey sees it as a single Album. Then Sync should work.

I get that message too, but it doesn't break the Sync here. It continues Syncing normally.

Can Folders in MMA see the SD card, it may be an App permissions issue where MMA doesn't have permissions to access the SD card.
