Re: How do I repeat one song?

My solution was to create a temporary playlist. But still, these are all workarounds.

Re: How do I repeat one song?

No I haven't tried the script. I think this should be part of standard product.

Re: How do I repeat one song?

This is a basic feature available in any simple player. How come a nice software like MM missed it? It's annoying. Are there any plans to implement it?

Support for 64-bit Windows7

I see that currently MM provides only a 32-bit executable. Are there any plans for 64-bit?

For example, since MM is only 32-bit I am forced to install the 32-bit iTunes (for AAC playback) and little by little these dependencies drag a lot of 32-bit apps.

Re: Upload album info to Freedb or MusicBrainz

I subscribe to this. It's just a civilized thing to do. You retrieve info from FreeDB, but then you also want to be able to contribute back.

Re: Volume Leveling...What's Up (a second attempt)

Did more research, it's an iPod bug that should be fixed in newer versions. Mine is about 4 years old. See: http://forums.ilounge.com/archive/index ... 26004.html

Re: Volume Leveling...What's Up (a second attempt)

... so it's not a MM problem. The iPod synchronized with MM applies soundcheck OK through the headphones.

Re: Volume Leveling...What's Up (a second attempt)

No. As I said, the iPod applies soundcheck only when it plays the song through the headphone output. I would guess (but I might be wrong) that any kind of dock device accesses the song in a digital manner (as a file) and the iPod is no longer the player. This means that it's up to the dock device(th...

Re: Issue customizing keyboard shortcuts

Well, nevermind. I updated the keyboard driver to the latest and the problem disappeared.

Issue customizing keyboard shortcuts

My keyboard does not have designated FFW buttons so I went ahead and customized "Playback:Skip 5 Seconds Forward" to associate it with "Ctrl+Alt+Page Down". The first weird thing was that after clicking "Apply" the hotkey was displayed as "HID Key (ID:12117)" instead of the original "Ctrl+Alt+ Page ...

Re: above/below operators: inclusive or exclusive?

Ok I've run some tests and found out that (as expected):
- between means >= and <= (inclusive)
- above means > (exclusive)

above/below operators: inclusive or exclusive?

In the Auto-Conversion options for a device you can create different settings based on the bitrate using the operators Above and Between. Are they inclusive or exclusive?

In other words, bitrate above 128 means:
- bitrate > 128 or
- bitrate >= 128

iPod soundcheck resolved!

Just like the author of this thread, I couldn't get Soundcheck working on my iPod. After I messed with every possible configuration for hours, I realized the simple truth: The iPod Soundcheck is active only when you listed through the HEADPHONE JACK! If you use a dock or some car adapter, the Soundc...

Re: Does FileMonitor work with network locations?

Yes, that's reasonable.

Then what I could do is use a local directory for "incoming" files and rely on Auto-Organize for moving them in the library.

Does FileMonitor work with network locations?

I just got the Gold version and tried to use FileMonitor. My library is something like \\server\data\music\ipod, so I added it to the FileMonitor option (Subfolder: True, startup: True). Then (while MM was running) I added a new file in the root of the library and waited. After about 30 min, MM stil...
