change font in MM universally?

In my Mediamonkey, I have changed the font in the player on the skin I use (CleanMM) to Meiryo (as it is made for Japanese and asian text) the default font MM uses makes it look absoloutely horrible and since I have a lot of Japanese music, it makes most of my music look horrible. Is it possible to ...

Laggy scrolling

I've recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 8.1 from Windows 7. I have been having lag scrolling through my library, in Windows 7 I was able to fix this at least to a degree on Windows 7 by raising MMW's priority via task manager but in Windows 8.1 there's no obvious option to do this. I have tried ...

[REQ]Use Album Artist field when browsing by album [#10513]

I think the title pretty much says it all, basically I would like MMA to show the album artist rather than showing a random a seemingly random artist value from one which has multiple artists.

Re: "Advanced" field splitting

Ok, it would been good to be able to do that especially if you have a lot of Japanese albums with lots of artists on one album and it becomes very difficult to jump between similar artists or artists who use different aliases or are credited differently on different albums. This was also a feature I...

"Advanced" field splitting

With the MediaMonkey feature to split fields with multiple values, is it possible to set more than one character/word to split different artists in the artist field? I want to be able to split artist fields with the following single characters/words (seperated by spaces here): feat. ft. with × , 、 &...

iPod Classic alternative?

So yesterday, my 160GB iPod Classic bit the dust: it had a hard drive failure because I have the cheek to try and use it to play music. I am looking into purchase of another mp3 player. What do you guys suggest? I have 39.4GB of music, admittedly, I don't listen to a lot of it regularly so I wouldn'...

Re: [1407]Some unicode symbols look "flattened" in player

Ahh, there we go, I changed the font to Meiryo (A font designed to improve readability for asian text that comes with Windows 7 which also looks at least almost as good as Segoe UI or Calibri with roman letters)

That's helpful but doesn't answer my question, Nohitter

update: looks like it's a fault with Calibri in general

Re: [1407]Some unicode symbols look "flattened" in player

The funny thing is even MM3 skins that didn't have this problem in MM3 have it, MM4 doesn't change fonts in MM3 skins, does it? Also if this is font specific, how can I change the font so this doesn't happen?

[1407]Some unicode symbols look "flattened" in player

I've tested this on a few skins and it looks like a fairly common problem. Basically what the title says. All the screenshots below are a ∞ symbol http://img69.imageshack.us/img69/5795/mmunicode2.png the player with the default Vitreous skin looking flattened http://img838.imageshack.us/img838/2734/...

Possible to change multilingual fonts?

So I've been using an old CRT monitor with my new Windows 7 machine, I decided to get myself a new monitor when I decided that one had served it's purpose (been going for about 8 years, contrast is almost completely gone, image flickers and glitches out as well sometimes) after using my new monitor ...
