Re: Last.fm plugin scrobbling problem

Well, maybe I spoke too soon.... it worked for a bit then froze up again. It always freezes on the "Submit Song" command. Here is the log file. Works fine for a few songs, then just stops. Again, I scrobbled 14K songs flawlessly during months of work, then it just started giving me trouble...

Re: Last.fm plugin scrobbling problem

I think I've solved the problem - it's a date one. Your log file should show the date as being DD/MM/YYYY - Go through windows and default your date settings to the correct settings of the short-date format. Changing the date format resolved this issue for me. I scrobbled flawlessly for 14,000 trac...

Re: Last.FM Node: dynamic node based on last.fm 2009.08.17 [MM3]

personally if it gets off track from what I'm in the mood for, I just manually pick a track from one of my 'favorites' type playlists depending on what mood I happen to be in and let it play from there. Thanks, this solution seems to work! On a related issue, is there anyway to configure the option...

Re: Last.FM Node: dynamic node based on last.fm 2009.08.17 [MM3]

Last.FM DJ works great, but sometimes strays away from, and never "re-visits" the original artist I put in. Is there any way of having it go back to that original artist every once in a while? My example is, that I want to build a mix based on the band the "Hank Dogs". They are i...

Re: All new improved web interface for Mediamonkey

Can someone please help me with simple instructions about how to use this after it is installed? I have successfully loaded WAWI and configured it on my desktop computer (where MM and my music collection is stored). I just can't figure out how to actually access it from a remote computer. When I put...

Re: Clear Now Playing Button 1.2 (2008-09-07) [MM3]

This is a great script. Not having a "clear" button was a minor annoyance, but was one of my main annoyances. The only detail on this script is that when you hit "clear" it clears everything from the list, but doesn't stop/clear the currently playing song. I'd like it to do that ...

Re: Rename instead of Copy and Delete!

I'm sorry, I mis-typed, I am using "auto-organize". So, this is the only way to change filenames and the directory just needs to be manually changed to the one I am in. Appreciate it.

Re: Rename instead of Copy and Delete!

I too am trying to figure out a simple way to "rename files" and would appreciate a point to another post if the solution has been posted. Basically, after cleaning up tags, I just want to rename the files, so they are standardized, and just keep them in the current directory. Using "...

Re: "album-piles"

I too would really appreciate this. My brain still organizes my music by artist then album. Being able to flip through my collection and have better access by album would be great. The album "piles" that other media organizers use is a great way to do it. If Monkey's navigation in this reg...

Re: Why Does MusicMatch Sounds So Much Better???

So after almost two years of not using Media Monkey because the sound was grating on my ears, I went back and played with it last night. Turns out it is the "preamp" setting in the equalizer. If it is set at "0" or higher it sound really distorted. Simply pulling the preamp lever...
