Re: Music on external card not recognized
Using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and running the newest version of MMW available the last 2 builds of MMA have had this issue of forgetting the external memory card folder settings and reverting to the internal defaults. If scanning a large music collection in MMA didn't take quite so long to complete it w...

Tried leaving it scanning for hours but with no joy at all, still the same problem.

Re: Scanning process never ends [#10166]
just tried MMA 102, after uninstalling and clearing cache and mediamonkey folders from from phone and SD card before installing, scan still spins repeatedly, picks up one track only and album art changes to pick up random albums art. Restarting phone had no effect. This is a problem that I had on on...

Re: Syncing Copies All Tracks Again
After a couple of days playing round with 92 I've found even more problems on top of the existing ones I've been having. When syncing over USB playcounts are not updated till it's sync'd a second time and it's removing album names from every single sync'd file included in the playlist from the tagge...

Re: How do I reset the device to start again?
MMA 75 caused no end of trouble for me, and uninstalling and clearing the cache and deleting the Mediamonkey folders from both the phone and sd card didn't work at all, for some reason that version screwed up random things on my phone like connecting to wifi, some apps played up that didn't before e...

Re: Req: Rating Stars in MMA to show existing rating
92 shows rating fine for me, the last couple of versions since 87 didn't, so it seems to be something that broke and has since been fixed, at least for some users anyway. Problems seem to hit some users rather than others I've noticed, with Samsung S2 & S3's showing more issues than most. I do c...

Re: Syncing Copies All Tracks Again
Just tried 92, it still writes every track again on every sync and is also not deleting individual songs from the test playlist i've been using that are no longer included in it.

Re: Syncing Copies All Tracks Again
Just tested wireless syncing and like over USB it's recopying everything all over again.

Syncing Copies All Tracks Again
Currently using MMA 90 & MMW 1617 using Windows 7 32bit syncing to a Samsung Galaxy S2 to 32gb external card. The last two builds were pretty unusable to me as syncing either via usb or wifi had so many issues as detailed in a post elsewhere. The problem with duplicate files has been resolved, b...

Re: Wireless sync deletes converted files and re-downloads
Just tried MMA 87 & MMW 1615 together, wireless syncing still doesn't copy all the tracks of a 113 track autoplaylist, only 101. I did a side by side comparison of the playlist from MMA next to the same in MMW and the missing tracks all cluster towards the last 20 tracks. Tried subsequently to s...

Tracks show as played even after 1 sec of play [#10168]
I don't know if anyone else has had this, tracks played in MMA even for less than a second show as being played when metadata is sync'd back to MMW. Noticed this in both 80 & 85.

Re: Wireless sync deletes converted files and re-downloads
Wireless sync only worked partially, no duplicates like over USB but out of an autoplaylist of 113 tracks, 101 copied over. No apparent reason why the remaining tracks didn't make it. Trying to resync just deleted the odd 1 and recopied back again. I know what you mean Zombiefly, I've been waiting f...

Re: Wireless sync deletes converted files and re-downloads
Yes, just trying wireless sync of one playlist of 113 songs and it seems to be ok so far. Just a shame it's so much slower over wifi to convert and copy tracks over. there certainly seem to be a few regressions for me at least in the latest versions. 80 & 1614 were the most stable versions so fa...

Re: Wireless sync deletes converted files and re-downloads
Found out just now that MMA 85 & MMW 1615 have reintroduced the bug of multiple copies of tracks being sync'd, just wiped phone and trying wireless sync now

Re: Wireless sync deletes converted files and re-downloads
Not sure if this is the same problem, but seems very similar. I was under the impression from the FAQ's wireless and USB syncing could each be used, but I've found that after doing one, doing the other deletes and resyncs seemingly random tracks, and duplicates the playlists. Deleting the playlists ...
