I was syncing three different playlists of which only one was an autoplaylist. However, the deleting/re-uploading problem affects all three lists. Sometimes it's one or two tracks, and sometimes a whole playlist's worth.

If you initiate a device profile from MMA (On Galaxy S2), when you autosync either with USB MTP or Wi-Fi there are problems. With Wifi autosync it will delete a whole playlist of tracks on first sync. Then it will upload them again on second sync. Then change something else on the next sync and so ...

Mystery solved by one of the developers, Ludek. If you create a new device profile having upgraded to 4.0.7.1511 and DON'T manually add m3u as supported format for playlists it will create m3u playlists as desired. On the other hand, If you manually add m3u playlist as a supported format ...

And re the supported formats. I guess that you have both PLA and M3U in the supported formats. In that case the PLA is preferred. Try to remove PLA from the supported formats, does it help? It doesn't show PLA in the list of supported formats so I can't remove it. I've just sent an updated log as ...
