I was syncing three different playlists of which only one was an autoplaylist. However, the deleting/re-uploading problem affects all three lists. Sometimes it's one or two tracks, and sometimes a whole playlist's worth.

If you initiate a device profile from MMA (On Galaxy S2), when you autosync either with USB MTP or Wi-Fi there are problems. Mystery solved by one of the developers, Ludek. If you create a new device profile having upgraded to 4.0.7.1511 and DON'T manually add m3u as supported format for playlists it will create m3u playlists as desired. On the other hand, If you manually add m3u playlist as a supported format ...

Yes, I followed the instructions to the letter.

And re the supported formats. I guess that you have both PLA and M3U in the supported formats. In that case the PLA is preferred. Try to remove PLA from the supported formats, does it help?
