Re: Best Way To Bulk Edit Location?
Rename the folder in the Music > Location node. Okay, I did that with no success. I have: > Music > Location > HD:\\MEDIA-SERVER\G Other (this is the one I renamed from "HD:G (Other)) > All > :Music > Music Not sure what the last three nodes are about. Changing this location didn't do much of anyth...

Best Way To Bulk Edit Location?
I had all my library of FLAC files on a local G: drive called "Other", but then decided to move everything over to a media server I set up called "MEDIA-SERVER". To keep things pretty simple the drive letters are the same on the media server and I mapped the G: drive on the media server as the local...

Moved Install. Legacy Folders Being Created.
During a recent install I realized that for all these years I've been installed MediaMonkey into a folder called MediaMonkey3. I decided it was time to do away with that and just install into a \MediaMonkey folder. I got that all running along with restoring all my music, settings, playlists, etc. A...

Restoring Issue
Just upgraded my PC and made sure to grab my entire file structure so that I didn't lose my DB and such. I re-installed MM4 and then replaced these: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\MediaMonkey\MM.DB C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\MediaMonkey\MediaMonkey.ini C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roami...

Re: Confusing Sorting Issue...
Track seems to have been the offender. Not entirely sure which element, but I edited all of them and changed the field from, for example, "02" to "2/16". That seemed to make it happy. NO idea. Oddly the two songs that didn't have the issue from the album were tracks "05" and "09". I thought it was t...

Confusing Sorting Issue...
I'm sure this is something I goofed on, however I'll be darned if I can figure it out. I'm working on cleaning up some artists and am working on Electric Light Orchestra right now. Under Artist & Album Artist I have the following snippet: (Title, Artist, Album) .... Wild West Hero, Electric Light Or...

Re: Can't see Plex server?
I'm not entirely sure I see much benefit in that feature. If I'm on the local network then the server can feed most everything without needing Android. Android really comes into use when I'm outside the network. This is that I was getting at in the Cloud discussion and why many of us find such solut...

Confused By Terms. DLNA vs. STREAMING.
I'm trying to understand the various terms at play with respect to my goal. I own mmw gold and mma pro. I would like mma to be able to see my mmw library anywhere. That mainly means on my Android phone (or tablet) when outside my network. I have a Plex server setup that works just fine but I like th...

Can't see Plex server?
I'm a little confused about what I'm experiencing and am hoping someone can clear it up. I own mm gold and mma pro. When I was on my home network mma could see both mmw server and my Plex server. Now I'm away from home and mma isn't seeing either server. It's possible I goofed and shut down mmw befo...

Re: UPNP Lyrics?
Thanks. It appears it does indeed pass the lyrics. The only thing left for me on this front would be to find something equivalent to Shazaam's upgraded lyrics that are live-animated and can take up the whole screen for groups to easily see and sing to. Sort of a built-in minilyrics.

Visualizations Full Screen on secondary monitor?
I assume I'm doing something stupid (nothing new there). I have three monitors in my setup including having my 70" TV in the mix as the third monitor. I'd like to get it showing my MM visualizations full screen. However, whenever I tell the vis to go full screen, it ignores the screen it's on and go...

UPNP Lyrics?
Do the two Lyrics options serve ANY purpose when only streaming via UPnP/DLNA?
Also, how does one actually see them?
If they're on my MMW server, will MMA be able to see them?

DLNA Only?
I own MMW (Lifetime) and MMA (Pro) and have MMW setup as a server. Is it possible to have the Android app set so that it automatically only connects to the server for music? As it APPEARS now, I can turn off all phone-based storage locations, but if I want to play anything from the Windows server, I...

Thanks. Was surprised to find MMA seeing my Plex server. Interesting.
