No joy with iOS 8.2. MM behaves the same. Slow as molasses transfer, crashes and unloads, no songs or playlist appear on the device.

Just to echo the problems with iOS 8.3 - I came home with a new iPhone 6 and immediately had problems trying to sync one playlist of 267 songs.
