[*] simply MOVE your music to desired location
[*] select whole library
[*] go to File -> LOcate MIssing/Moved
....
[*] wait fot MM to find moved files
[*] check report to verify that everything is OK

But the way suggested by Lowlander is better

I trying to work-out the way to merge MM and Apple Music libraries. But the one I have used - doesn't suit me:
- download the album
- sort it with MM and either keep it at iTunes

in this way - tags are sometimes overwritten by iTunes

Can you please share your ways of doing this?

if 'original album' means the album you have just renamed: MM just doesn't know WHERE to go as in history album with previous name is stored
do it in following way: tap on the Artist name in 'Summary' column - it should do the magic
