Where do I find these database file to delete... I run my MM3 as a portable App - so if I can do a search for the file name it would help as I doubt very much it is in "My Documents"

Looking more closely, I can see that all the fields on the "Classification" page are set to be automatically selected if there is an entry in that field

NOTE : if there are multiple entries (ie LIVE or LIVE Acoustic) within the field it doesn't auto tick the box....

Another Small Niggle

Custom Tag 3 is the only tag (that I can see) that will NOT (ed) allow for top to bottom filtering (ie. click the field tab in "Show Details" view, and while it will allow bottom to top, it won't reverse..

Thanks

A Small Issue with Tagging

Version 1081 If you group edit an album or even batch of albums, where any of the tracks have something in any of the custom fields, this is set for all tracks by default, rather than you having to choose it. I.e Custom Field 3 (for me) = LIVE When I edit an Album with just 1 "LIVE" track, because o...

Batch Editing - What Do You Use?

I am pretty anal when it comes the display and layout of my MP3 filenames... and seem to be spending a lot of time amending file names to suit my tastes... From reading the pages it seems I am not the only one like this, so I will assume someone has found a nice utility that will allow batch editing...

How about - Biog data

Having many albums by the same artist is nice... How about the ability to tag all songs by the artist in question with Biography notes (self written or via auto tagging from Amazon / Allmusic? And while I am on the subject of Allmusic is there any plans to have the ability to tag from the allmusic s...

"Best of Albums" - how do you play yours..

As I have explained in other topics I have an ever growing music collection which I am slowly tweaking in all the right places to give me a workable structure, correct tagging and some great play listings that will make my life so much happier.. Now, like alot of you I have the "standard" structure ...

Yeah I am gonna go with that... Possibly the best on the market I would say.. I have tried loads, always finding something I don't like with each.. this seems to have everything and more... I am finding new features I like everyday (MM3).. At this rate I might have to open my wallet and go for the f...

Guys believe me, you don't need a virus for this to be a horror scenario... A few years ago now I sagely decided to manage my entire music collection was to burn all my CD's to MP3 then carry the lot around on a portable HDD. I spent weeks ripping over 400 albums, while downloading many more before ...

Thanks Guys

Thanks for the great tips guys.. All Music seems to be the winner so far, and having a quick look around seems to answer alot of my questions... I don't think there will be a perfect answer to the genre setting.. artists will always want to stand out on there own rather than be mixed with someone el...
