I've found at times, that my ability to scroll the tree will break. I have yet to find a specific cause for it, as my sessions can last days involving many tasks. However eventually I will find that I expand a node that causes the tree to be larger than the available space. No scroll bar will appear...

Look further into the linked thread. It's for the 4.x branch, not just 4.0 or 4.1. The newest build is always in the last post of the thread.

I believe #1 is more about wanting shortcuts to the letters. So you could select "S" and jump right to it, instead of having to scroll through A-R, which with a large collection could take some time.

That's one 'hack,' but if you know what you're doing then you can 'add' it yourself. I remember adding Custom 1 in the previous version, as well as an option for the rating decimal limit... though I haven't dove into the new version to make (personally) necessary modifications yet.
