Re: MM5 - Tracks in a NAS drive gets error "No route to host"

This is the ID of the error log that MM5 has just sent automatically. ID 0D78303D Hope you could pick it from there. (can't find the way of sending images (screen captures)) Access is lost when you start the application. It seems that MM5 is able to display the last screen but, when starting a conne...

Re: MM5 - Tracks in a NAS drive gets error "No route to host"

Thank you for your answer, Ludek. As soon as I get the chance, I will send the debug log. By the moment, I would like to add some more details: 1) Yes, the NAS drive remains at home and becomes inaccesible when I am at my office. But that, only vía MM5, cause I can see all my track files in my "driv...

Tracks in a NAS drive gets error "No route to host" [#15376]

I have MM5 (built 2148) in portable mode. At home, the connection to my NAS drive (WD My Cloud Home) works perfectly. But at my office, I get Soket Error #10065 "No route to host". My NAS drive is accesible everywhere as "drive Z:" and the DB file is on my PC. Only the music files are on my Z drive....

MM5 - Sorting by "Original Date" fails [#15308]

Sorting by "Original Date" fails. Also fails, editing "original date" value with more than one track selected.

Summary with Art View Field

Please, add the field "Summary (With Art View)" as an available column to show in all kind of track list. It is a very important feature in MM 4.1 and missed in MM5.

Re: Multimedia Tree Cathegories

I tried a new installation of MM5, today. Now it works perfectly for me too. Sorry for the trouble.

Find image... somewhere else

Find image is back and working perfectly for me in new comp. .2060. I would like, nevertheless, to suggest an improvement: the ability to find an image in your PC or to edit the search field. Sometimes, for instance, trying to find the picture of an interpreter, MM5 founds nothing in internet. When ...

Re: Multimedia Tree Cathegories

Sorry, but is not working in 2060. You still can not use the negative selectors ("doesn't equal", "doesn't contain" or "doesn't start with"). All of them default to "contains".

Re: MM5 has nice new facilities, but disappointing losses

I totally agree with Barry4679. The losses in MM5, especially related to the way of displaying the information in the database is a pity. The loss of Art&Details and the ability to configure which colums to display was something great of MM4. Actually, this fresh look similar to iTunes is nice but r...

Re: Poll: Media Tree Nodes with sub-nodes useful or not?

One of the most powerful performances and features of MediaMonkey 4 is how good it manages a big database. The nodes in the tree are very effective to edit bits of the database. For instance, if for some reason you have misspelled the name of an interpreter (Classic Music or Jazz, happens all the ti...

Re: Multimedia Tree Cathegories

Sorry if I have not explained myself correctly (probably is my bad English)... or maybe something wrong with my computer. I have done the following: a) I have succesfully created a new Cathegory Named Jazz, adding a fliter criteria: "Genre > contains > Jazz". Works great! Now I have three cathegorie...

Re: Multimedia Tree Cathegories

My purpose was, once succesfully creted a new group in the tree named Jazz (which works correctly), I wanted to remove the jazz tracks form the original group "Music". So I added a new criteria to the existing "Music" group to filter out the jazz tracks from other kind of popular music, as I have no...

Multimedia Tree Cathegories

Actually, in compilation 5.0.0.2058, you can create a new item of the multimedia tree like, for example "Jazz", adding the selection criteria "Genre contains Jazz" . But then, you can not add in cathegory "Music" a new complementary criteria to filter out Jazz like "Genre doesen't contains Jazz", be...
