Re: Freezing on repeated quick search

If UI is frozen, then debug builds auto-generates crash report after 30 seconds of UI freeze or so. Alternativelly you should be able to find the error report as 'MediaMonkey.elf' located in the same folder as MediaMonkey.exe (or in some Win7 installations, at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\EurekaL...

Re: Portable Behaves Better than Not Portable

Strange, it should work same way for both portable/non-portable. What is the issue, that MM doesn't detect the Bubble UPnP renderer when you right click player -> Choose Player ? If you go to MM -> Options -> Player -> Choose Player -> UPnP/DLNA renderer, is the renderer presented in the box?

Re: Remote Control?

I would actually like this remote control feature to control MMW when it is in 'playto' mode for a remote DLNA renderer. You can use e.g. Bubble UPnP on Android to control MM player. You just need to go to MM -> Options -> Player -> DLNA settings box -> [x] Accept input/control of MediaMonkey playe...

Re: Supported iOS7 devices

Yes, duplicate songs are in the playlists, but not twice synchronized. That is the way how it worked in 4.0 and will work in 4.1.0.1670+ (the build will be most probably posted tommorow).

Re: Supported iOS7 devices

Nevertheless I re-opened the issue http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=11321 and changed to the old behaviour for Apple devices.
So it will be fixed in 1670, thank you for claryfing.

Re: Supported iOS7 devices

As clarified over PMs, the important info is that the playlists contain duplicate filenames (files are duplicities), then it is consequence of the change made in http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=11321 (and is also related to http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=11378 ) i.e. the...

Re: Supported iOS7 devices

I think understand, but I cannot replicate the issue.
Could you generate debug log (item 4b): http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=6&t=341 ?

Re: (Scripting) DeviceHandle does not work for all devices

Strange, I don't see a reason for it.

So both SDCard and Phone are returned in the list, but SDcard has DeviceHandle = -1 ?
Which phone model it is?
If you try to initiate playback of tracks on the device from MM interface (Media Tree -> SD card -> Music...), do they play?

Re: Converting unnecessarily on sync

Hi, could you please replace your current MediaMonkey.exe from build 1669 by this one: www.happymonkeying.com/beta/MediaMonkey.exe and re-generate the log?
I added more debug messages that should definetly tell us why pairing based on SN still doesn't work on your side.

Thank you!
