It would be great if someone could update the wiki with a MM3 database diagram. As you can see here, http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.php/MediaMonkey_Database_structure , the MM3 info is absent. I'm a programmer by profession, but I haven't done any MM scripting yet, and this would help to buil...

Problem: Cannot login to Wiki with forum username.

The wiki states: "If you want to edit pages here, you have to be logged in. To do so, simply register to our forum (if you haven't done so already), then under the same username you can edit pages here. " However, this is not the case. I get: "Login error: You have not specified a valid user name." ...

Is there a list of MM3-compatible scripts?

Now that MM3 is in beta and the db schema is frozen, is there/will there be a a list of compatible scripts somewhere, to save us the pain of randomly trying stuff? :\

Thanks :)

B1 bug: Focus switching to MM window when track changes

This didn't happen in A7. I've just upgraded to B1 from A7. Installed over the top of existing installation. I can be typing in this (and yes, it just happened!), when MM steals focus and brings it's window to the front whenever a new track starts. Really annoying. Would it act differently if I unin...

Unfortunately Jiri, I can't use Quicktime 7.2, as it mysteriously causes Nero Recode to fail to multiplex video and audio together after playing any kind of media in another player.

My version of QT is actually 7.1.6

I'll download the new beta of MM3 now and try it in that.

Recomendations for non-destructively removing silence?

Has anyone used any freeware programs that they would recommend for non-destructively removing the silence from MP3 files? And M4a files?

A7+B1 Bug: Unable to play some M4A files (example provided)

Not sure whether this is fixed in A8, but A7 is not playing some M4a files. It's strange, in that it's playing 25% of an album and not the other %75 (so they're all from the same encode). It's all in the DB fine, but despite Nero Showtime and VLC playing the files fine, MM3 just bypasses them. I hav...

danhackley: I wanted to do the same - dock it at the bottom, to the left or right of the player control. However, my prefered skin (Glided) has a really annoying flicker when placed there (only when a track is actually playing). It's intolerable. The other skins don't do it, but only allow 1 line of...

Exporting/importing autoplaylists between builds?

Since it seems that it's best to wipe the db between alpha versions, is there any way of exporting the definitions of autoplaylists before wiping the db, and re-importing them later with the new db. I've had a look around, but can't find anything obvious, like "Import/Export Autoplaylist definitions...

Thanks for the reply Jiri. It's great to know that you guys are listening. And encouraging too, even if it's just a quick "acknowledged" response. It's always easier to assume someone else will take the time to report an issue, so it's nice to feel like the time it takes is worthwhile.

I have to agree with you Ariel - in the age of free and easily-to-setup database-driven websites, we're using a not-for-the-purpose inefficient discussion forum to log bugs and feature requests....over and over! I've been logging a few bugs and requests about MM3 recently, and it does leave me wonde...

A7 annoyance: Position current top node at top, not bottom

In the tree pane, when I click the "go to node" buttons, to quickly navigate to any of the main top nodes, it scrolls the pane to show the node, and opens the branch, but the node is at the bottom of the pane and the lower branches are hidden. THis means I still have to grab the scroll bar to bring ...
