Re: Terminating a background task
Guess I should once read the manual. RTFM, you know. R.s.n.rusty wrote:In MM you can usually terminate a task by right-clicking on the progress bar and clicking terminate.
Thanks anyway

Do you have PopUp Blocker Active? What Scripts you want Me or Bex will give you links Of course I have a popup blocker. Don't think this stopped anything this time. I got Advance Rename uploaded and working. I just feel so stupid I missed those monkeys. I must have seen they were links. Thanks a lo...

What is the MM ripping background task
Sometimes a rip fails. [Mostly this happens with CD's I copied myself. Or scratched ones]. Once this happens I keep getting errors. The only thing to do is to terminate MM, possibly through the task mgr., because I don't seem to be able to kill the ripipng process. After canceling an error the rip g...

Moere scripts sought: Advanced Rename, Album Art scripts
Richard Lewis [t-rix-mo-to] mentions several scripts: Advanced Rename and other editing scrips and a couple of scripts to find Album Art work.
Where can I find these scripts? Or do I have to filter them out of the forum pages?
Thanks,

But I do get several errors "Access violation at addr. 0063460D in Module 'MediaMonkey.exe". Read address 00000000" (about 6 time the same error, same address). Any idea? Thes errors seem to have disappeared in a mysterious way. Don't know if or what I changed. Uppercase initial in a Magic Node? On...

Magig Nodes: "Child of" qualifier question
According to the manual the "Child of" qualifier of Magig Nodes takes as argument magic|artist|library|playlists, I would like to add my Composers note right after the Tiltle node. Would it be easy to fix the script to make this possible? [What does the magic argument do, in fact. Can't figure it ou...

Script sought: adding Composer to Track list
The subject shows it all:
Does there exist a script to add columns to the Track list window? I would like to be able to add the composer [Yes, I have a large collection of classical music ....].
I have not been able to find this.
Thanks

Hi RabanePaco, Try TweakMonkey: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8939 Thanks. Great. Just for the newbies like me: The functions of Tweakmonkey are under Tools/Options. You just click the nodes you want to see. Very easy. This place isn't obvious. I couldn't find how to use TweakMon...

"Hide Node" sample script sought
I have found a couple of references to the possibility to hide MM nodes. E.g. http://mediamonkey.wikispaces.com/scripts#nodes and http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5576 , but I can't find a complete script. Can someone send me a reference or a sample script? I want to hide the Rating,...
