Re: Does'nt play and greys files

This is happening to me too. My files are stored on a NAS attached to the laptop via ethernet cable.

Re: MonkeyFlow 1.2.1 [MM3]

flashk - when browsing via album covers on the iPhone (and maybe with iTunes, but I don't use it), you can press a button to flip the cover to see the tracks on the reverse, and select which track to play. Were you planning to incorporate anything like this?
Thanks

Re: MonkeyFlow 1.2.1 [MM3]

Thanks, I updated my graphics drivers and that seemed to fix it. Another issue I've noticed; when I go to appearance in Monkeyflow and change the background colour, Mediamonkey seems to crash, though the music keeps playing.

Re: MonkeyFlow 1.2.1 [MM3]

This problem was mentioned earlier in this thread, but in a different context. I had MonkeyFlow working perfectly on my new laptop, running on Vista. I then installed Windows 7. Now, when I start up Mediamonkey, Monkeyflow starts but displays the message "Graphics driver not compatible with MonkeyFl...

Re: Moving library to NAS

Thanks for the tips. I know about the data loss issues, but I have all the music backed up on my main PC anyway so I didn't feel the need to use a differed RAID setting.

Re: MonkeyFlow 1.2 [MM3]

flashk - excellent work, script is now much better, I'm enjoying using it :) One question; when browsing monkeyflow by "tracklist" (my preferred option), selecting an album in the monkeyflow window brings up the tracks in the details pane below. However, the first track of the album is displayed at ...

Re: iMonkey - iPhone/iPod Touch Client for MediaMonkey

Excellent and works pretty well. Too bad you now have to pay $10 for it - you kept that one quiet ! And you have to uninstall it to run Mediamonkey again! Not that I don't think it's worth $10 - I just think you should make this clear before the user installs it.

Moving library to NAS

Hi folks, I plan to copy all my music to a Network Attached Storage device, which contains 3 x 1TB drives, configured in RAID 0 to appear to Windows as a single drive. A new laptop running Mediamonkey on Vista will be connected via a crossover ethernet cable to the NAS. Currently my music is stored ...

Re: MonkeyFlow 1.1 [MM3]

Just wondering occasionally when I'm browsing through covers it takes a fraction of time to generate the cover. What would be the best way to improve this - more RAM, more CPU power or something else?

Thank!

Re: iMonkey - iPhone/iPod Touch Client for MediaMonkey

This looks great; especially "Ability to browse your entire catalog by artist and album" - this is what a lot of users have been asking for. Browing by playlists was (in my option) always a bit difficult and fiddly.

Good work !!!
