Re: Do you use Media Monkey? Why?

The updated version of the script is provided in a link on page 9 of the thread about that script, and it is working perfectly for me, both when I was on Traktor 2.X and now that I'm on 3.0. Please try that version instead of the one linked on the first page. Hi, the script I've read so much about t...

Re: Do you use Media Monkey? Why?

I've been a MM Gold user since 2005, after scouring everywhere for a suitable library manager. iTunes is simply too controlling and doesn't offer the wide Swiss-Army-knife array of features like MM does. Plus, the moment I had a question I couldn't answer myself, and dropped it into these forums, I ...

Text field to show which playlists a track is in? [#15989]

I use MMW and MMA almost exclusively to organize and tag the tracks I'll be using later in Traktor for DJing purposes. I use a script that exports my playlists as XML for Traktor to use. (Many thanks to DC, the original coder, and fvdpol for resurrecting the script) There are a few missing pieces to...

Re: [REQ] Warning for adding duplicate to playlist

Hi, I'm checking in on this thread as I too would like this feature. Is it something planned for MMA 2.0?

Re: [REQ] Comments/Review track [#11015]

I came looking to see if this post had been updated. Just wanting to confirm that comment field sync is still something coming in MMA 2.0? It would make things so much easier.
Lowlander wrote: Fri Mar 17, 2017 3:48 pm Comment is not supported in MMA and is currently been pushed to version 2.0 of MMA.

Re: Crash on batch edit of Comments field

Pavle, the instructions for how to send bug reports mentions that the debug version is bundled with each beta, but I am not using a beta. Should I still use the debug version that is provided for the latest beta, or is there a different debug version for v4.1.24? Sorry if this is silly to ask, but I...

Re: Crash on batch edit of Comments field

Ah! Yes, I see it now. So sorry for the redundant question. I will follow the guidelines. Thank you. You will see in my signature section a "how to report bugs" or similar ... go to that link and it will explain how to use the debug version with a routine called debugview (it is from Microsoft and t...

Re: Crash on batch edit of Comments field

Hi again Pavle,

I replied above a week ago...I know sometimes posts can get lost when you have so many to comment on...would you mind please letting me know how to use the debug version to sort this out, if that's the correct procedure? Thank you

Re: Crash on batch edit of Comments field

Hi, I just downloaded and installed 4.1.25.1885 beta and I am still having the same issue. Shall I run the debug version? I don't remember what I do to get you the info after that.

Crash on batch edit of Comments field

I'm on the latest 4.124 build and I am pretty sure I've accomplished this in the past. I select multiple files in my browser (using the Location node) and right-click > Properties, then click the checkbox on Comments so the contents of all selected files is cleared. The Properties window disappears ...

Re: Export to iTunes library.xml

I'm happy to report that your updated script is working perfectly. I even updated MM and Traktor to the most recent versions (4.1.21.1875 and 2.11.13 respectively) and it's still working fine. Thank you so much for putting in the work on this - my workflow just got easier again when preparing for DJ...

Re: Export to iTunes library.xml

Thanks for this! I'm so tickled that there are others out there with this same need who are proficient at coding :) Has anyone else tried this out yet? I'd love to know. I went through so much hassle when I had to downgrade my Traktor version for compatibility that I'm probably a little gunshy about...

Re: Export to iTunes library.xml

Hi, I'll take a look again when I have a moment. In the meantime, I reverted back to an earlier version of Traktor which does not have the issue so that I could prepare for my sets in time. The next time I have a few weeks of down time between gigs, I'll play around with it again. Thanks!! Hey, sorr...

Re: Export to iTunes library.xml

brute force comparing od two XMLs with one or two tracks manually corrected should help to determine what changes are needed. Sigh...I am still clueless about how to implement this suggestion. I've actually contracted a VB coder on Fiverr to take a look at the 2 scripts and see if he can figure out...
