Re: Is That A Sync Icon I See Before Me?
I'd guess that the tick symbol is for OneDrive, which doesn't relate to MediaMonkey in any way. https://www.howtogeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/image357.png https://www.windowscentral.com/sites/wpcentral.com/files/styles/xlarge/public/field/image/2018/01/onedrive-file-status-icons__.jpg?itok=fO...

Try the WinAmp plugin from WavPack's website. WinAmp plugins should work with MM.

Re: Unable to minimise?
That's an old version and the issue was caused by a change in Windows 10. That was fixed a while ago and you can download the latest stable version here:

Re: Poor Performance; lost data
Using DriveID is beneficial for external drives. Any time you plug in a a removable drive it is not guaranteed to be given the same drive letter. It might be given a different drive letter each time so looking for the files by drive letter could fail but DriveID consistently identifies the same driv...

Re: Poor Performance; lost data
As Lowlander says, MediaMonkey identifies drives by the unique DriveID, not by drive letter. This means that it is looking for a particular physical drive regardless of the drive letter that is assigned by Windows. It's looking for the old 1TB HDD; it's not looking for whatever drive happens to be E...

Re: No song names or any info on car stereo
The car makes a difference too. I have this issue on a 2011 Toyota Avensis but a 2013 Toyota Yaris shows the metadata correctly every time.

Re: No song names or any info on car stereo
I've also had this since my OnePlus 5 got the Oreo update.
Spotify is also affected, but that will sometimes show the information. MMA never shows the song info since Oreo.

And all of the ones that are 28 have usernames that are 7 random letters followed by '01'. Seems like an easy target for some spam cleanup.

Zvezdan's Regexp Find and Replace can copy data between fields.

Re: How to force gaps between tracks at CD burning time
The easiest way to accomplish that is to have a track that is 5 seconds of silence. Playlists (including the CD track list) can contain the same track multiple times so you can have the silence track between all the other tracks on a CD.

Re: Replicating Metadata to same track
Don't. CD audio is 16 bit so ripping to 24 bit will produce a bigger file size with absolutely no benefit.

Re: Coveting .mp4 to .mp3 files
Do you really need to convert to mp3? The mp4 format is a more advanced format that is generally accepted to produce higher quality audio at the same bitrate as mp3. Also if you are converting from a lossy format to another lossy format you lose more quality than if you were converting from the orig...

Re: Can't play FLAC Files
MMA doesn't have its own media renderer yet so it can only play files that Android can play natively. If you have MMW Gold then you can set it to autoconvert to a format that Android can play during sync. VLC can play them because its main selling point has always been its vast array of built-in cod...
