Re: Play Counts?

Here's the short version that I wish someone had told me a long time ago: Unless you own an Apple device, you can forget about syncing ANY metadata (play counts, etc). It won't work, and the developers of MM don't give a shit. I've heard that maybe one or two non-apple devices will sort-of work, but...

Re: android

tjdzine is so right. For all the reasons he mentions and many more, an Android MM app is a complete no-brainer. I'd write a reply, but I already essentially did here: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=57366#p298286 MM devs, what are you waiting for? You have something that doesn'...

Re: MM Android Player

I'm glad SOMEONE is doing this (hint, hint - looking at MM desktop developers). I bought a lifetime version of MM and I'm not unhappy I did. It's a pretty good app, and lets me more or less replace iTunes, which was the whole goal. So this rant isn't a complaint about MM as it is. It's just pointing...

Re: Wifi Sync - Is it possible?

And yet another vote here. Let's face it - MM is for music NUTS. People like me who measure their music collection by the tens of GB. For playing on my PC, MM is perfection. And when you have a collection that big, you live and die by your metadata - play counts, last played dates, ratings, genres, ...

Re: Android Sync Questions

I have the exact same questions, and since I notice that the post is form February and there's no response, that there simply isn't any way to truly "sync" music to an Android phone with MM. It seems that all you can do is a one-way dump of files, and after that, you're on your own. I'm VERY disappo...

Re: android

I have to add my vote here, too. When i first got my Android phone, my biggest worry was that I'd never find a media manager as good as iTunes to manage my huge music collection. I finally found Media Monkey and was ecstatic when I uninstalled iTunes. MM seems to have all the same features - not qui...
