If the lyrics pane is on the scrollviewer, maybe you don't have IsTabStop="True" . If you don't have this, it is not possible to click on the lyrics and Ctrl+Scroll (or Ctrl + Plus) to zoom. Please consider doing it. Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it when I get answers to my feedback. ...

This could be enabled by analyzing the songs for their audio signatures (which MM already does) and playing similar tracks. This will be free.

MM could also use of a 3rd party service which as you said would cost money. In that case, this could be enabled as a feature for Gold users. Am I wrong?

Have you used Windows 8? In Windows 8, MetroStyle apps run in a completely different environment. So creating another skin would not be similar to creating a MetroStyle app that runs using Windows 8's WinRT API.
