No, Apple enforces it's own file system, this is not customizable. What you want to do is possible on Android.

It would be up to the Addon developer to do so.

You select what is Synced. This can be specific Artist, Albums, Genres, Playlists, etc.

It depends on the Addon on how it is accessible in MediaMonkey. If it shows under Tools > Addons as installed it's available, you'll need to check with the Addon developer on how to use it.

When you copy files like that you rely on the Android Media Scanner to read the tags. It's known to not get everything.

Instead, if you're using MediaMonkey for Android, you should use Sync. It gets the correct tags into MediaMonkey for Android.

There is no method build in to get Track# into Title. I don't think there's an Addon for it either.

A workaround is to Auto-Organize Files and then use Auto-Tag from Filename.
