Good point. We're probably going to move the Accessible Songs node to:
Playlists / Accessible Tracks.

re. usage of the forum, I prefer a new topic for each new bug as it makes it easier to track them.

Changing multiple song properties on dupes only updates one

Numbnuts, I tried replicating the problem with 2 tracks that were 'real' duplicates (i.e. same path, filenames different by 1 character, ID3V2 title fields identical), and found that editing multiple properties worked fine. That said, I think you might be experiencing a bug similar to the two below ...

No Radio Button is selected for Internal vs. Winamp

Ahhhh... Now I understand--it's reproducible on my machine (and on any machine, I suspect). Should be a quick fix.

thx for your vigilance ;-)

Jaxjon,

I've tried to replicate (on build 506--beta3), but am having no luck. Have you tried Beta3, and is it still occuring?

If yes, I would love to see a log when the problem occurs. Please send me a note offline... Thx.

Just select the files that you want to copy, right click, and select 'Send to' | 'Folder (copy) and choose your destination directory. It's not a 1-click solution, but it should meet your needs. [Note: the copied files will not be added to your library--i.e. this won't result in duplicate entries ...

I guess I was sort of vague... I can reproduce it, and have added it to the to do list, but the queue is fairly long and CD+G support isn't at the top ;-)

Glad to hear you're enjoying Songs-DB!

fyi, builds 503 and later include functionality that speeds up all scans after the initial lookup (assuming default configuration).

Thx for the feedback re. what you expect to be deleted--it's in line what other users have told me as well. re. the whether the default for /locations should be remove from db only or remove from DB and filesystem, I tend to disagree with you, however, this is a much less critical issue. re. the ...

Hi,

I've tried reproducing this, but haven't been able to. Can you give me a bit more information?

1) What OS are you running
2) What version of Songs-DB
3) Is the bug consistently reproducible? If yes, can you give me the exact repro-steps? (including reconfiguration from OGG to MP3).

thx.
