Could there be an issue accessing the Temp folder (set under Tools > Options > General in MediaMonkey)?

You can sort on many columns, including Rating, Title, Album, etc. If this doesn't work, you may need to switch View. For example List View is very flexible in what columns to show, and what to sort on.

So presumably the issue you have is displaying Artwork in the Filelisting? If so, what View and which node in the Media Tree?

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using, did you install the MediaMonkey Service and do you still see this after a PC restart?

Are you asking to Sync from one device directly to another? That's not possible. You'd first need to copy to the PC, then Sync to another device.

If it's about locations on the PC, then you can select them for files in the Library.

You're saying the Criteria is missing after a few restarts? Could an old backup of the DB be in play (poorly configured backup software)?

Does the same happen if you create a completely new AutoPlaylist with the same Criteria?

No, Apple enforces it's own file system, this is not customizable. What you want to do is possible on Android.

Are you having issues reading this in WinAmp? If you don't, you probably no longer need to change this.
