and you can't use images (apart from the background)? hm, i have to rethink my simple little skin...

edit: i tried to just leave out OddColor, but then all odd lines turned black... googled a bit and found TRANSPARENT_RGB32 is 0xffffffff, gonna try that when i get home.

ok, i learned that adding a normal winampskin made it possible to change the player alone, and that it was possible to add a font.ini to that skin. now, next question is: is there a way to make every odd line transparent and show the background picture? like [TrackList] OddColor=(transparent) EvenCo...

windows default + fonts player skin?

hello all skinners! a question for you:

i want to use the windows system theme, but change fonts and the default mm-player look. is there a way to do that?

hm, i deleted the entry {00000566-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4} that they suggest that you add, restarted, but still get the same error...

sebastian, those are all pretty good suggestions, maybe you should post them "on their own" in the wishlist forum making sure the devs read them?

i agree with lowlander, it's important to remember that pretty doesn't equal user friendly. but still, nomatter how high the learning curve, there are ways to make the newbie happy and still satisfy the expert. take a common app as word, everybody knows how to write a document, but only experts use ...
