MM3 comes as final after all known bugs will be solved and all features we need have in MM3 will be in.

Of course, and I wasn't suggesting that you should hurry up by any means - I just wondered how long a release cycle normally takes, or if there is no 'normal' in these circumstances.

I'll bet he kept his MM in the default setup, like the front page screenshot - in that situation the now playing couldn't be re-sized upwards because of the (non-resizable) player

In a just world, this topic would be as long (if not longer) than the MM3 ETA thread. Sadly this is not a just world...

I want to install the alpha, but am worried about all my current MM settings. Is it possible to install, then rollback if I need. Or would it be an uninstall job?

Another great update trix, thanks a lot. I do have one problem though - I open and close MonkeyRok as and when I need to, but the Rok doesn't update the now playing track whilst it is shut. So I can be playing one song, and MonkeyRok still shows the last track that was playing when it was last open ...

NB - I've just discovered that turning off the clear playlist at shutdown option cures the problem, which is a shame as this is one of the best features (esp. the updated version of it). Hopefully v1.1 will have a solution
