Help with Quality field

I get a drop down menu in the Quality field with around 10 options Excellent, Very good, etc. How and where can I change this? Also when I open this file with Mp3Tag app, the Quality field looks empty. So where is this setting done? It can be in the db because the same file in MM4 and MM5 show the same entry in the Quality field. Anyone to enlighten please?

Just type any value you want to be used and it will be added.

Thanks. That works. But I still like to know where that menu comes from and if I can make changes to the menu.
Also I would like to know which is the field that is used. When I check the tags in Mp3Tag, the Quality field is blank.

It comes from the database value. You can remove values from the Media Tree (right click > Remove).
