Album art can now not be moved in display?

Because of another problem I'm having, I downloaded and installed the newest version just now. It seems the album art cannot be detached and moved around the screen. It is stuck on the left hand side. Is this an intentional change? Is it a bug? Is it just me?

Right Click on the album art and select "Show title bar".
Now you can drag it by the title bar to where you want it.
You can then hide the title bar if you would like.
