Moving album art from single folder to Album folders

I have a large number (1000+) of album art images in \documents & settings\my pictures\album art, and a lot of corresponding albums in \documents & settings\<artist>\<album> folders.

The art is mostly named as <album>.jpg, but some are named <artist> - <album>.jpg

What I would like to end up with is all the art, preferably called <artist> - <album>.jpg, though I'd settle for <album>.jpg.

Does anyone have an existing script that can achieve this?
