Organizing Music - playlists updated?

If you tell mediamonkey to organize your music, will it update your MM playlists? How about imported (m3u) playlists?

If it breaks all my playlists, it is of no use to me.

Yes, of course all playlists in the MM library are updated with the new file paths.

What about imported playlists like m3u's?

Once imported they're updated in MediaMonkey, but not the actual Playlist files on the PC (but you can export them from MediaMonkey).
