New update
when I down loaded new update and tried to click on my music files windows media player kept trying to make me use it even though it has been shut off for years, now when I try to click play on music files the button is grey and nothing works.
Re: New update
I assume you're in File Explorer when this problem occurs?
You can use right click > Properties and then use the Change button to change the Opens with to MediaMonkey. You can try Tools > Options > OS Integration and re-select to associate files types with MediaMonkey.

Re: New update
Tried that and when I open my music files and try to play the play all button is greyed out so can not click it?
Re: New update
Are there any files listed in the Now Playing when this happens?
Perhaps the file format is not supported by MediaMonkey for some reason: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/ind ... ls-to-play
