Can't get cd text to burn to music cd

I've been trying to burn a cd that will show cd text when playing in a player. I tried 3 different cd burners. Here are my burn settings:

Level Volume - checked

Disk at once

Eject media after burn - checked

Sound alert after burn - checked

On the fly audio burning - tried checked and not checked

All burners show CD Text is supported and Burn Proof is supported.

703.1 mb space used

I have used one of the burners to do this before and have been successful. I can't figure out why it will not do it now. Thank you for your help.
