Then you scanned more locations into the Library. You can remove any Locations from Entire Library > Location, but again make sure that you don't scan them in.
If you're having trouble with this I don't recommend the more complicated method of getting files from your phone.

Please see Post above .
As I look at the Library I see where all my song tracks show a path of either from C:\My Music or C:\Users\David\Music. the Files that are not to be in the Library are either from C:\Windows and probably C:\My Videos and C:\My Pictures, and maybe C:\ Documents and others .
Could you please give me a walk through ( the link you sent me was confusing to me ) of how I would get those out of the Library and only have files that are in the C:\My Music and C:\Users\David\Music ?
I think maybe that would resolve the problem.
