Playlisten zwischen MMW austauschen

Ich hab mal ne blöde Frage,

ich habe Playlisten von denen ich 2 meiner Freundin geben möchte. Ich MMW4, sie MMW5. Ich habe meine Musik auf einer andere Festplatte als sie, daher verschiedene Laufwerksbuchstaben und Ordner. Das kopieren der Dateien funktioniert ohne Probleme, aber ich Weiß nicht wie ich die Playliste zu Ihr übertrage durch die verschiedenen Speicherorte, jemand eine Idee oder Vorschlag?

This is one way to handle:

On MMW4 install the Export / Import Playlists for Child Nodes provided by Zvezdan.

Set the "replace option" to Replace Mydrive:\Music\ with HerDrive:\Music\ and probably choose the Relative option. The Options dialogue is under File / ExportImport Playlists / Options. There might be other things you want to tweak!

Now use the Export Playlist Node to Playlist Files. I put the exported Playlists in my E:\Playlists folder in the Browse for Folder dialogue that pops up. This dialogue may take more than a few moments to appear. Well it does for me with ~1000 Playlists. Click OK and watch the status bar progress.

Go to Windows File Explorer and check the M3U files. For example, sort by file size and view the content of the smallest and largest. Check everything looks OK and if necessary repeat after adjusting.

Move the files to the MMW5 computer e.g. HerDrive:\Playlists\. Add a location under Add/Rescan File to the Library for this playlist location and set the schedule to Manual and Autodetection.

When everything is ready, Scan Now using the Add/Rescan. The Playlists will be added to a new node under Playlists in the left hand media tree called Imported Playlists. Check these have content and play a few.

When happy everything is OK, drag and drop them up a level so they sit under the Playlist node then delete the Imported Playlist node when empty.

Create new Playlists on the MMW4 computer and repeat if needed for just the newer Playlists.

Alternative zu Ians Vorschlag, sofern das eine gewollte Einmal-Aktion ist:

Erstell die Playlist als M3U, öffne die mit dem Windows Editor und bring die Pfade per "Suchen und Ersetzen" auf die Werte des Zielrechners. Dann dort importieren.

Das geht prinzipiell natürlich auch mehrfach und in beide Richtungen, auf Dauer wär's mir persönlich zu ... "manuell".
