Playlist from MMA do not sync to MMW

Hi,
Installed MMW on new computer. (new install) I have had MMA for a year a half syncing fine with my last install of MMW. In that past install i had auto-playlists and manual playlists which were synced to MMA - no problem. Now i want to add those playlists from MMA to my new install of MMW.

Set up options as follows: from MMW
Auto-Sync (-->Device)
Nothing selected - this is to keep MMA as is.
Auto-Sync(-->Library)
Selected all music files and all available playlists
Confirm Updates = yes
Auto-sync file metadata from the device to the PC = yes
Options --> Playlists
Sync playlists = yes
Generate device playlists for: - no to all
Playlist format = M3U
Force relative paths = yes
Use Linux folder separator = no
Use Unicode (UTF-8 encoding) = yes
Use extended M3U = yes

Set up options as follows: from MMA
Auto-sync server content
Nothing selected - this is to keep MMA as is.
Auto-sync device content
Checked on
Delete unselected content copies
unselected - I don't want to loose my playlists as they don't exist on the server (MMW)

Now when I synced, only the playlists that i manually created on MMA had synced to MMW. All the playlists from my previous install of MMW, which are listed on my app, did not successfully sync back to my MMW. So what I tried to do was; move my playlists from my computer to my phone and now move them back onto my new computer.
One would think this feature is an option, no?

Which version of MMA and MMW?

MMW = 4.1.8.1751
MMA = 1.1.2.0419

To the best of my knowledge, these are the latest updates.

Are you doing a wifi or USB sync?

I tried both, first attempt was through USB.
Is it possible to copy my M3U playlist files from MMA to paste them on my PC?

No, as Playlists point to file locations which wouldn't be the same.

For wifi sync you can send a debug log after sync finishes from About screen. Then open a ticket with logID if you want feedback.

It used to work in the past and nothing else (at least to my knowledge) changed

Hmpf,
I must confess that I switched off (and forgot to switch it on again) the feature "Auto-sync device content" on MMA. Since then everything is running again ...
