Got this fixed after updating MM and iTunes. Next I will delete iTunes completely from my windows 10 machine and use MM exclusively. Happy happy.

You'll need iTunes to be installed to sync with iOS devices from MediaMonkey.

iTunes does not need to be installed, just the "Apple Mobile Device Support" (which is part of iTunes installer though), but can be installed standalone like this:

Also MM sync will work if you uninstall just iTunes and not the "Apple Mobile Device Support"

I also have this problem. I have MM 1914. But I have a new PC and it seems no longer possible to download the iTunes version that MM requires, all links refer me to the Microsoft Store version. Ans thid MS Store version doesn't work with MM.
Please advise.
