Hi
When I try a playlist synchronization between my android phone and my pc, playlists appears empty in my android music player. If I open this playlist on my pc using notepad, that playlist is not empty at all. Do you know guys how to solve this issue??

Which version of MediaMonkey are you using and do the Paths on the Playlist on the Android device seem to have Paths to where the files are saved on the device?

I do sync giving a right click on a playlist, and then selecting my phone. I'm using mediamonkey v4.1.29.1910

Which exact option do you use on right click sync?

Re: Playlist is empty on android 10 phone after synchronization
I do the following in order to send mp3 files and a playlist on my android 10 phone
Selecting a playlist -- Right click -- I choose SEND TO option -- I choose my microsd memory card
That's usually do for sync my music using mediamonkey
Greetings

Capture it in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log in email to support@mediamonkey.com: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... ?f=12&t=69

Re: Playlist is empty on android 10 phone after synchronization
That is an Android 10 bug. Just Google "android 10" playlist (broken OR bug OR empty OR problem) and see that all players and sync programs encounter the same problem on/with Android 10. And my phone supports that thesis: everything worked fined, until it upgraded itself from 9 to 10.
I have another problem as well: when I create a playlist on my phone and reboot it, the playlist is gone entirely...
Nonetheless, it would be nice if MM would find a work-around. It seems to be caused by the use of backslashes versus forward slashes in the file path, although that has not been confirmed yet by Google as far as I can see.
