OnMouseDown position matches not the control geometrie

If I make a panel with f.e. Panel.Common.Width=100 and I click near the right edge of the panel I get not the position 100.
In my case it is smaller near 80. But I need the exact position.
The reason is, I think, the custom size scaling of the GUI (skins etc.). If found a scaling factor so that it works for the current skin.

Because I want to make a genearal plugin that work ever (for others user) I need this factor.

Can I get this factor from a SDB object ?
