No problem.

Here the database (MM.DB) is stored under: "C:\Users\>Username>\AppData\Local\MediaMonkey". But maybe it's easier if you just search by filename for "MM.DB".
When you've found it just copy it to another location. So afterward you could copy it back.

PS: But if you are a new user of my script then you probably don't need a backup. A backup is specially useful if you already had Skips stored with my old script.

Hi,

your script is great, though I encounter some errors every now and then:
Error =-2147418113- SongsDB.SDBSongData
Error executing SQL statement 'COMMIT' : SQL logic error or missing database (1, 1)
File: "C:\Progs\MediaMonkey\Scripts\Auto\AutoRateAccStarter.vbs", Line: 754, Column: 5
That file starts with:
Public Const Version = "1.61"
Public Const Updated = "10/11/2006"

The error always shows up when the script is trying to update the ratings of my whole library (e.g. after changing the options). Is there a way to enable a debug mode that writes in a file what exactly it is trying to do? If so I could easily figure out which song breaks the script.

Hi sugi,
do you still use MediaMonkey 2.5? If yes, then there's nothing I can do as I don't develope this old version anymore as I use MediaMonkey 3 now.

But if you use alsoMediaMonkey 3 then you should use the new version 2.4.2 which is supported by this version: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =2&t=24126
There are a lot of improvements in speed and new features - and it works with the new MediaMonkey. Uninstall AutoRateAccurate 1.61 before you isntall the new AutoRateAccurate so you don't get any problems afterwards.

Have a nice xmas! :)

Hi,

thanks for the pointer to the new version of your script - I only saw the old version. I have never used MediaMonkey 2.

The new version works great!
Thanks!
