"Hide Node" sample script sought

Post by RabanePaco »

I have found a couple of references to the possibility to hide MM nodes. E.g.
http://mediamonkey.wikispaces.com/scripts#nodes and
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5576 ,

but I can't find a complete script.

Can someone send me a reference or a sample script?

I want to hide the Rating, Year and Classification nodes.

Thanks

Advanced Duplicate Find & Fix Find More From Same - Custom Search. | Transfer PlayStat & Copy-Paste Tags/AlbumArt between any tracks.
Tagging Inconsistencies Do you think you have your tags in order? Think again...
Play History & Stats Node Like having your Last-FM account stored locally, but more advanced.
Case & Leading Zero Fixer Works on filenames too!

Thanks. Great.

Just for the newbies like me: The functions of Tweakmonkey are under Tools/Options. You just click the nodes you want to see. Very easy.

This place isn't obvious. I couldn't find how to use TweakMonkey until I just stumbled upon it.

Thanks again.

Glad you liked it!

There are instructions and screen shots in the first page. But perhaps Teknojnky can make them clearer?

Mmm?? Never saw anything like those. Possibly in an earlier version?

But I do get several errors "Access violation at addr. 0063460D in Module 'MediaMonkey.exe". Read address 00000000" (about 6 time the same error, same address). Any idea?

There's a problem in MM2 causing these AV errors. On MM3 it should work fine. See the TweakMonkey thread on how to try to get rid of these annoying error messages.
Extensions: ExternalTools, ExtractFields, SongPreviewer, LinkedTracks, CleanImport, and some other scripts (Need Help with Addons > List of All Scripts).

Thes errors seem to have disappeared in a mysterious way.

Don't know if or what I changed. Uppercase initial in a Magic Node?

Only thing is I'm not crazy about such sensitive programmes/scripts.

For the rest I *love* MM! It's *fun*!
