The script was working fine until last week, then it would just scroll through the list of songs to be tagged without looking for a match.

The link to download the script is still broken - both of them, from the first post and also the megaupload one snox put up has expired.
Could someone please repost the script to a more permanent location please? :)

I've just upgraded to MM4, but also seem to be unable to run the lyricator script. After a clean reinstall of MM4 and lyricator (MM run as administrator and "Install for current user only" unchecked), there is still no change. Only a page with all the numbers listed with the script doing nothing.

I tried the same procedure on another machine and there lyricator worked fine under MM4. Both machines run windows 7 x64, what might be causing one machine to fail where the other succeeds?

I'll be rolling back to MM3, where lyricator worked fine, as long as this is unresolved.

Edit: After reinstalling MM3, the lyricator script also doesn't work. Guess there is something else messing things up. Anybody have any suggestions what this might be?

Like I mentioned before, my problem is the script stopped running (after using about a year). It will list the songs to search for lyrics in its box, attempt to search, find nothing, and go to the next song in the list, find nothing.... for the whole list.

I had no problem with downloading the updated script from the recent links. I even uninstalled the old one and installed the new one. No change.

Is there anywhere else to DL Lyricator from? The original link doesn't work and the megaupload tells me the service is temporarily unavailable in my area.

There you go again. Hope this one lasts longer than the one on Megaupload.

Rename the extension to .mmip and then double click to install.

it worked, thx. but now, i get this with whatever files i select:

edit: and then i looked more carefully at previous comments. its required to install application with "Install for current user only" box unchecked for it to work properly.

additionally, lyrics plugin is required to be installed, and only then the script worked properly. damn, can these things be simplified? i guess not. thanks for the hard work on developing them anyway :)

Probably the developers think that the hard work we must do ourselves, makes us appreciate it more.... ;-)

Thanks snox. Worked fine for me, no modifications needed. Great, my MM4 is finally resembling something like what my MM3 had.
