Cast to device never plays more than one track

I'm using MM Pro on Android, version 1.3.7.0906, on a Samsung Galazy Note 10. I bought a Bose 500 smart speaker, and a few days ago I found out that I could use MM to cast songs to the speaker instead of connecting through bluetooth. I was quite happy that it seemed to work. But, it plays one track and stops. Looking more carefully at the screen, what I noticed is that the play time, instead of going on, enters a loop and goes back and forth in a 2-3 sec cycle. The track plays, but it never goes on to the next one. Is there a fix for this?
