Navigation bar always white

Hello,
I got my new huawei p30 lite today and installed mma, but unlike with my old phone (huawei p30 lite) the navigation bar at the bottom is always white, which is quite frankly hurting my eyes because of the contrast to mmas default dark theme. Is there a way to make the navigation bar black or install another skin?
