Shuffle doesn't shuffle, keeps repeating the same track

I've noticed a problem with MMA, using version 1.4.3.0950
When I try to "shuffle all" for a genre (what I normally do) or a playlist it will start playing a song from that genre or playlist but when the song finishes it just restarts the same song rather than moving on to the next.
I can get it to move on to the next song by pressing next but when that song finishes it too will repeat, so I have to keep pressing next after every single song to get it actually play different songs in the genre or playlist.
