I really miss the scripting feature in MediaMonkey 5. It was a nice way of customizing and extending the (already vast) feature set in previous versions of MM.
Any plans to add this support in a later update of MM 5 or replace it with other ways of extending MM, perhaps a MediaMonkey API?

Re: No support for scripts
Hi,
MM5 already support Scripting, but we abandoned/outdated VBS and moved to JScript, HTML5,CSS, ... that further expand/open MM UI to developers. It is much easier than before.
API is present and available. Check MM5 Dev forum.

Also have a look at the Scripts and SampleScripts folder in the MM5 installation directory, they contain a ton of already existing addons that can be used as reference.
