Zvezdan File it as Bug on Mantis and if you can't assign it to me Let me know.

For me I enabled to show Tabs even it is only one. I use lots of D&D to tabs area but it should be configurable.

Well, I don't know if I should open any Bug on Mantis since I don't know how you realized the tab interface. I could do that when you publicly release the alpha version, if I see that I cannot get what I am looking for.

By the way, I just checked - Total Commander is not the only one which has the mentioned option. Firefox has similar "Always show the tab bar" - if you uncheck that option you would get tabs only if you have 2 or more web pages displayed; if you have 2 tabs and when you close one of them -> the tab bar would disappear.

Just enter it like we talked here, and add all referenced apps you see that options. BTW as I see IE8 always shows tabs Opera, Chrome show Tabs but do not know if it is configurable.

In my last reply I meant on Firefox that I always show tabs even there is only one.

In the current implementation if there is only 1 tab open then the tab bar does not display.

I think this should be configurable by the user.

I haven't tried MM4 yet.
But when I use my web-browser (FIrefox), I like the fact that I can have the tabbar showing in all circumstance.
Even if there is only one tab.

So maybe when I'll use MM4, I will like if it replicate that behavior.

I agree with Dread. I have mine set the same way, primarily because I like consistency, therefor I would hope it's possible within MM4 to choose to show the tab bar regardless.

Even I voted Configurable and show always, personally I would Only select Show Always and not configurable. all pps That support tabs feature are set to show Tabs even only one is used. (Total Commander, Firefox, Primal Script, Ultraedit Studio, IE,...)

Can you explain the tabs toolbar and how tabs are created in MediaMonkey?

Just for listening to my music? I would LOVE to use Zune, it is the most beautiful player with the most elegant interface in my opinion!!!!...zune only lacks on one main point: NO EQUALIZER!!! I hate M$ for not implementing an eq...

Regarding the implementing of tabs in MM4,

it would be nice to have some animations (transition effects) like in chrome and ff4 for example.

I made a post in the wishlist about that where you can see some samples of animations in video.
Here it is: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... =4&t=53008

What do you think?

I think it depends, the animations are nice in chrome but in ff4 they just make firefox seem laggy.

Yes they're laggy in ff4. I agree.
Chrome has the best ones for sure.

And you still visit the MM forum. Sounds like you're really satisfied with Songbird

Heh, nice try.

Make all the snide remarks you like. Make lots of 'em. You need to kill a lot of time waiting for MM 4 to show up.

Me - I'm out of here. Listening to my music on Songbird.
