[REQ] add track title to Properties edit window [#18577]

When editing properties and using NEXT to go down a list of tracks, it's very hard to see which track is being operated on, if you are on any tab other than basic (which has the track information), This is with the Dark Monkey skin.

Only I would use file name (title is not always filled).
