Error on start up ID C004F3EA [#15567]

I just installed 2167 over a new install of 2166. Launch of MM gave me an error. Log id sent was C004F3EA

After sending I got another error
Application Error
Write Lock retrieved after Read lock!
D:\delphi\mediamonkeyClean\html5monkey\baseshared.pas line 4278

I restarted and once the program was up ... it froze completely. I had to Task Manage it.

I tried starting from scratch but got another bug log C004F3EA and then the same error message noted above. Looks like my installation is shot

I restarted in safe mode and the skin changed and got this error: C004D6C8 with the same error message following
